baseball workouts for infielders

Off-season baseball workouts.?
I’m playing baseball in 2009 and tryouts in January, what could I do now to prepare for January. I am a good power-hitting infielder, but I do not equipped with a quick arm. I can easily reached 50-70 mph pitches. I want to become a better power hitter in 2009. I do have a weight or a subscription to the gym, I have a treadmill and swimming pool.
high school pitchers pitch from 75 to 80 generally weak. and here and there you have a stud who can throw 85 and then maybe once a year, you may have to face someone who can hit the 90s. But hit a tee. You have to hit the ball before you can hit him more. Line the ball on your back leg for locations outside and in front of your front leg to the inside. As someone here me told me to swing a bat in a swimming pool. I guess drag you create a muscle or help build something. But he could not make evil. But do not worry about gear changes you’ll adapt to it after a month or two.
