Hi, I have 14 years, and since summer is coming soon, I look good in my bathing suit (maybe a bikini)?? I do have some excess fat in the stomach, and told me, there are exactly 10 weeks until my birthday ….. what is a routine very good exercise to do every day or every other day so I can have a flat stomach? I’m not really worried about “the development” as development of the muscles – just want to get rid of fat …. Does anyone have any idea or suggestion for the plan of exercise a week? Thank you!
