Im 16 kinda chubby and im trying to cut down on my fatt. doctor said i need to loose it and plus i relle am committed to. I belong to the gym and go usually every other day. i dont know which is better for burning belly fatt. The exercise bicycle or an elliptical. help plz

Whether you want to lose belly fat or overall weight, you def want to focus on cardio!
I usually tell my clients 15 minutes on 3 different cardio machine doing intervals do the trick!
For example: if you are a light jogger, for 15 minutes, run 3 minutes walk a minute on an incline, you can also do that on an elliptical as well as on a bike.

How can I burn excess stomach fat?

I’d like to get rid of my belly fat? What exercises and foods are best to burn it off?

I’m 5’1, and weigh at least 115. I want to lose weight but its really hard, and I do sit ups and crunches but it seems like the fat is still there and that it’s only toning my muscle. I want to get rid of excess belly fat! PLEASE HELP, tired of these baby spare tires!
Yes, I weigh that much and maybe up to 120. I have really bad metabolism and the fat tends to just become belly fat! Its horrible. i don’t want a muffin top!

LOL, toning your muscle is what eventually leads to burning off excess fat.
The more toned you become, well…. The more toned you become! Crunches and sit ups are a good way to get rid of the belly fat. It won’t happen over night. Give it a couple of months. You probably won’t see many resaults before then, unless you exersize on a daily basis. It depends on your body, really.

My mom’s co-worker was HUUUUGE and she started biking and when I saw her the next time I didn’t know who she was. She looked like a totally different person. She began talking to me and I had to excuse myself because I hadn’t recognized her. Thought she was just some random lady who decided to have a conversation with me. Haha. So..yeah…try biking ?
