craving for ice cream bar, and diet after pregnancy?

I’m 34 weeks pregnant, and lately I’ve been craving for Twix, Snicker Ice Cream Bar. I love it, it taste good. But I’m scare I will gain more weight :( And I want my body back, flat belly, slimmer legs.. how do i get slimmer legs? And I use to do yoga, now my back hurts I don’t think I would be able to be as flexiable as I use to be.. Thanks all for the asnwers!
and also, I’m a teen mother just turned 16 on Oct,11. Do you think I will get my body back soon? What can i do?

Depending on how much you gained during whole pregnancy some women do go back to there weight but it’s not right after birth you still look pregnant after baby is born and you will lose some weight after baby but sometimes some women has to work to lose that extra weight.

I had my belly button pierced and my body rejected it & now there is a horrible scar. HELP!?

I had my belly button pierced in March and it rejected in May and scince then ive had a horrible scar.
is their any way i can get rid of it? any coco butters ,creams ,ANYTHING i can use…im on a diet so i can have a flat belly and wear a bikini on holiday next year but it will look awful if i have that scar
and i dont want to have it re pierced.

And please dont say plastic surgery…im 13…its a bit to young x

Ways to successfully tone belly?

My belly is flat as a pancake, but my goal is to tone my abdominal area. I work out on a regular basis, including ab exercises, and I can feel the muscle underneath, but my belly still jiggles. I dont get it! I am already really thin and losing more weight wouldnt be good, i just want that skin to stop jiggling. is there still fat in my belly? Are there lotions or creams that will tone that area? or will it go away as I keep working out?
By the way, my work out includes cardio and ab exercises, 4 -5 times a week. Im already pretty skinny. Idk how to tone up without losing weight! I dont want to lose more =[

In order to get rid of that excess fat on your belly you must do cardio workouts. These can be simply jogging/running or going for a swim, or you could try other exercises. This is my workout routine, hopefully you’ll find it useful :D

Cardio! Everyday, 4 exercises, 30 seconds each, repeat 4 times.
1.Squat Jumps. Arms crossed at chest and grabbing shoulders, knees shoulder-width apart. Low jumps, flexing knees.
2.Squat Thrusts. Push-up position, thrust both feet toward body and then back
3.Burpees. Squat thrusts and then jump with hands extended upwards, then return to squat position with legs toward body and thrust backwards.
4.Line Jumps. Simply jump quickly from side to side with both feet at the same time, as if there was a line in the middle.

Toning! Every other day. 4 exercises, until failure, repeat 3 times.

1.Quick Sit-Ups. Knees arched upwards in a triangle-like shape, rest of body laying flat on the floor. Arms stretched (not completely) forward, joining at the hands. Slowly do push-ups without changing arms’ position. Don’t rest back completely on the floor.
2.Leg Raises. Whole body stretched on the floor, upper body slightly upwards, both arms stretched to the sides of the body. Slowly raise both legs and back down, don’t touch the floor.
3.Cross Crunch. Same position as the Quick Sit-Ups. Hands behind the back. Raise one leg slowly towards body while moving head towards the moving leg.
4.Plank. Body fully extended, supported on the tips of the feet and arms, from elbow to the hand, while keeping stomach pulled inside. Keep position for as long as possible.

the best way to lose belly fat is…?

so i have been working out and i actually lost almost 13 pounds in the past few weeks…my hips went down like 3 inches but unfortunately i dont see a difference in my belly. i do cardio i go to the gym i drink plenty of water i dont snack as much and im happy witht he results minus the belly fat…i know my muscle has been working out but the fat over it just doesnt go away…whats the best way to lose at least some of the belly fat in about 2 1/2 weeks?? my birthday is coming up

Can I lose 2-3 pounds of belly fat in 8 days? Please help?

Ok, so I’m 17 5′ 8″ 135 pds relatively muscular upper body. Right now I have a 4 pack pretty much because of the layer of fat around my belly. On Monday I started soccer camp and league so my schedule this week looks like this:

soccer 10a-12p
weight training 3p-4p
soccer game 6p-8p OR work 6p-10p

Right now I am eating relatively healthy maybe a little too light. I take in about 1,500 and burn about 3,000 everyday since Monday. If I continue a routine like this, should I be able to lose the 1-2 pds of belly fat I have?

PS please do not tell me I need to eat more. I eat 4 small meals a day and ALWAYS eat when I’m hungry. I just find healthy alternatives.

Mathematically, I realize I can, but will the fat I lose come from my belly or somewhere else or just overall? Can I do anything extra to focus my fat loss on the stomach?

When you lose weight, it comes from all of your body, not just a specific part. There is no such thing as “spot reducing” weight from a specific part of your body.

You can work to tone your muscles of a specific body part (biceps, abs, etc) but that is it.

everyone thinks i’m skinny, but truth is i am starting to gain fat in my stomach area and have always had it in my thighs. i really want to do this within 2 weeks. i take dance 3 times a week, but what foods should i eat and are there any exercises? thank you, remember 10 points!

Running, cycling, swimming, dancing, brisk walking and power walking all help.

Unfortunately belly fat is extremely stubborn and is usually the last fat to go.

For a flat belly you need avocados, berries, green tea, oatmeal or tomatoes.

anyways of exersise that can get you skinny without running?

I HATE RUNNING! Every time when i run a long distance (800 meters and over), i feel I’m gonna faint. My throat hurts like hell, my heart’s pounding like mad, i can taste blood in my mouth, even though i can see any blood, and for some reason, i always get a teeth ache at my front teeth when i run (my teeth are in perfectly good conditions). However, i start to get fat really fast during the last three years (i’m 13). I used to have a flat belly, skinny thighs, and definitely on the skinny side, and now, i have a blobby fat belly, big thighs, and i can’t fit into any skinny jeans at all when i used to fit into it easily without looking like i have sausage legs. I think i at least gained 60 pounds, or something :( , so it’s quite scary. Also, I think i currently count as unfit, so it feels like hell when i run. i like other sports that make you run, and burns fat whilst having fun (e.g hockey, not the best sport for girls, but i’m quite good at it). I don’t own a bike, and my parents won’t buy me one, because they spent £400 on my trip to Paris with school.
I can’t join anything that involves spending money, thanks to my money obsessed dad, and i’m under age to go to the local gym (lowest age is 18). Our school don’t even own anything sporty, except a old gym and some sports equipments, so i can’t do anything at school.
I really need to get skinnier, before i get to be a fat blob. But is there anyways of exercise that can get you skinny without running? If there is , please tell me, i really need help!

Don’t complain that you cant run. I have a torn meniscus and sit at 260lbs and I’m running. You have to do physical exercise if you want to lose weight it is as simple as that. Run, jog, bike ride, or just walk fast.

Breakfast: Bowl of cheerios with 2% milk, and a banana.
10 minutes of weight lifting.

Lunch: Nothing.

Dinner: Varies, but always a HEALTHY meal. About 300-500 calories, depending on the day.

EXERCISE:
After school, I run for 30 minutes on the elliptical, burning 300 calories, except on Sundays.
20 minutes of lifting weights after my run.
Maybe 3 times a week, I do a 20 minute Jillian Michaels DVD.

I need FAST weight loss- healthily! I am 5’5 and weight 170lbs, and I want to slim down by as MUCH as possible (closest to 115lbs) by September- I need to fit into nicer clothes, and I can NOT do that with my current body figure. My legs are TONED, they’re good to go. I need, NEED, NEED, to get rid of my arm fat, belly fat, and SOME upper thigh fat- it’s mostly muscle on my legs.

I’ve been doing this for a month, and NO weight has come off!
Why not!?
I’m SCARED to eat more- I swear, I can’t exercise enough to burn that all of for a FAST weight loss.
At this point, I’m seriously considering starving myself- and YES I know the risks, and consequences. All of them.

Sounds like your gaining muscle which means losing body fat but gaining or maintaining your weight from muscle. Throughout the day you should be eating more fruits and vegetables. They’re low in calories and wont make you gain weight. They will have nothing but positive effects on you. (feeling better, more energy etc.) You also need to drink lots of water and your milk should be fat free (skim). You have a good workout schedule though. Just make sure you dont lift weights everyday and let yourself rest a day or two maybe every 2 weeks. Hope this helps!

There could be many different variables that could affect your non-weight loss. You should always eat breakfast and usually lunch. If you are going to skip a meal it should be dinner because you probably don’t workout before you go to bed and you want to burn your body fat when you sleep, not your dinner. You should also try to do more cardio if it’s possible. At least an hour a day. Try to do reverse interval training where you go hard for a long period of time and rest for a short period of time. If you feel dissey or faint immediately stop though.

It is safe as long as you eat plenty of carbs a day. Carbs give you energy. So if you don’t eat enough you won’t have enough energy to do that stuff. You can start passing out and stuff. Eating won’t make you fat, as long as you burn off what you eat.

I’m 16, male, 5’10 tall, about 177 lbs, and a size 32 waist. I have some belly fat, love handles, and some fat on my buttocks. I need to lose 10-15 lbs ASAP, and I mainly need to tone up fast. I have a home cardio workout that burns 700 calories and Ill do this 6 times a week, and I have nutrition down, I jsut dont know if I should weightlift or not. Well, i suggest that you do sit-ups each and everyday. I used to be an obese monster and now im a skinny little slut! I’m serious, sit-ups are the way to go! Also, eat healthy stuff, like Bochman Popcorn. Try to go on a daily run with your girlfriend. Trust me, running with your girl will really turn her on, i would know! Well, good luck hun bun!

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

You can do some cardio exercises and eat smaller healthy meals every two to three hours a day. There are also a few other things you can do too.
