Hello i would like to know
if running in the morning and working out at night
will help me lose belly fat and
my man boobs
i wouldn’t say im very fat im
husky but i have somewhat of man boobs
im 16 will this plan work

I think your workout will work but you have to commit to it and do it at least 5 days a week. But also stop eating junk food and things with a lot of calories from fat after 6pm.Along with that drink at least 3 liters of water per day; which is the average for men.

I run 4 miles a day but that dose not take away my belly fat so you have to do some sit-ups along with the rest of your workout.

ok, I’m 15, 5′ 9″, 145 lbs. many people say I’m skinny, but that is just my appearance with a shirt. See I used to be pretty chubby and I just ate less and dropped the pop. but now, I have my flab on my stomach that I hoped would flatten when I grew, but sadly, no. and I have a hangover on my waistline. and around my belly button and below my small man-boobs, I have these places that are red, almost like wrinkles. Is this abs developing? and how can I get rid of the belly flab, or at least the hangover thing? thanks.
sorry about the length and I don’t want to lose weight, just my stomach

Lose the weight before highschool?

Ok I currently weight on average 300pounds…Im 6’2 and i wanna lose the jiggleness on me. i believe i have 96 pounds of fat on me or 32% body fat, turned 15 and im trying to lose those jiggles Belly fat and face jigglesness and dreaded man boobs.. Before i start highschool which is in 3months Is this possible..Im planning on going on a severe diet much like a boxer would to cut weight im planning on doing cardio and light weights cutting carbs 1 meal a day cut into six portions and some dips pullups (with support) and crunches Would this work? would i atleast slim down the belly fat a man boobs maybe lose chicken thighs?

Ohh you should eat healthy but not in ridiculously tiny doses.
That will only make your body want to store more fat, so you’ll just end up gaining more weight.
You see, it’s a survival mechanism for our ancestors.
They had to go months without food, so if they happened to get any food, they would store as much of it as they could as fat.
So that’s what your body would think is happening.
Just exercise and don’t eat too much, but don’t eat too little either.

Football player needs to lose FAT!?

I’m a football player, but I need to lose weight to look good.
I really don’t care about the scale. I want to lose FAT! I’m 14, close to 200 lbs. I’m overweight, but I don’t really look it. I have a 32 in waist and not sure about the chest.

I’m playing Offensive Tackle this coming season and I am big enough and I’m a great blocker. We lift weights/run three times a week starting this week.

I’ve been lifting weights at my school since January! Squats, Bench, Incline Bench, Power Clean, Upright Rows, Curls, ect ect ect. I squat 205. I bench 135, I curl 65, and power clean 115.

I haven’t seen any results at all!

I need to lose FAT! Is it because I don’t run? I hate running. I need to lose the man boobs, belly, and love handles. I want to look good before the season starts.

Plus, all of my friends are at the pool with the girls and I HATE taking my shirt off.

I need HELP!

I played OT in high school and OG in college.

If you want to lose the extras you need to kick up the cardio and change your lifting routines. Change things up and try new exercises. A lift / work out should always be hard and you should always be giving as much as you can.

You need to make sure your adding in extras. For example, on a chest day you need to do more then just bench and incline. Change up the incline and use dumb bells and push yourself. For other exercises try dumbbell flies, cable flies, pull overs, pushups etc.

If you don’t like running try the stair master, elliptical, bike, etc. But a key item to remember is that running is the best way to go. You can spend 30 minutes to an hour on some of the other machines but if you feel like you didn’t get a work out, then chances are out then you probably didn’t.

Also, change your diet. Being a big guy, I played at 6’3 320 in college, I know its not easy. But big guys aren’t given a great physique like little guys are. You don’t need to starve your self by any means, but cut out junk food, fast food, etc. Stick to eating healthy food and try to eat 5 small meals a day. Also, as long as you work out extremely hard and cut out the the junk food, you should be fine.

Last thing. As far as your belly and midsection. That stuff is the hardest to lose. People say do more crunches and abs. Both of which are great exercises, core strength is vital to an olineman, but no matter how many crunches or situps you do, you will never have a good stomach unless you lose some of the fat first. Try adding 15 minutes of ab work to each of your work outs and trying the other methods above. You will lose the extra stuff that you want and be in better shape for when camp comes.

Pick up a sport/hobby. Find something active that you like like tennis, swimming, running, rollerblading and do it everyday when you have free time. You’ll be in better shape in no time and off to a healthy start as a teenager.

so im 195lbs 10% body fat 6 foot 3in im tryin to get the abs going crazy i do cardio every day, pull ups, push ups, bench press, lat pulls and core wrk going for all round fitness but mainly tryin to get rid of some man boob fat and gut fat, what are the best meats to eat (i eat jerky cus its low fat an high protein) and some good excercises to deal with the moobige and belly fat

How come the belly fat isn’t going away?

I have done sit ups krunches and all kinds of other stuff but the stomach wont go away. Neither will the love handles! I lost a lot of weight and also by lifting weights my shoulders have gotten broader but it doesn’t help if I still have that little pot stomach hanging off man breast! And love handles! My parents told me I cant lose anymore weight and I try to tell them its the only way to get rid of this. I have been jump roping and jogging recently to. I just want a flat stomach and smaller man boobs man. Can any of you help?

Instead of just focusing of stomach .. Work on full torso work outs, just google it and you should find some :D

Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Make sure to drink plenty of water. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Also, do situps and crunches. It will take some time to get results but don’t get discouraged.

I need your help please!?

Whats up peeps, Okay so im 21 im 5’11 272 lbs and really fat around just from neck to *** got the damn man boobs and huge huge beer belly, Now i been walking and running on the treadmill (30 min’s) for about 2 weeks now, my 1st week i lost 10 pounds and been eating
Breakfast- That Oatmill stuff which is 116-120 calories depends on which one
Lunch same and sometimes tuna on the flat bread stuff which is 95 calories and 50 calories for the tune
Dinner- Been eatingthoses Healthy steamer stuff which are around 260
Now this 2nd week i gained 1 pound and im pissed and sad because i thought i was doin good and everything. This week i did start eating
Breakfast-Same
Lunch- Tuna with a littlemayonnaisee and that same healthy bread.
Dinner-been eating more of what my parents cook instead..

Im not sure why i gained is it because i changed what im eating or something? I really wanna get down to 210ish by August, Since i havent seen results and gained a pound im thinkin about goin to 1 hour on the treadmill Running/Walking. All i have is a treamill.. And no money for anything else.
Could you guys help me out on why i gained or what i can do to make sure im close to 210 by August and any other food hints or what i should change im the kinda dude where is i gain a pound like i did i wanna stop and say **** it so i really need to go the other way.. ANY help with be appreciated thanks..

Ok, well first congrats on the losing the first week :) Don’t worry about one pound. I understand that this is tough, but you have to celebrate your accomplishments. Ok, now to the nitty gritty. You seem like you are starting to do the right thing. In order to lose weight you must burn off more calories than what you put into your body. I read that you only have a treadmill. Continue to use that treadmill. 30 minutes on the treadmill really isn’t that much at all. You are probably burning maybe 100 calories per day by doing that and putting in a lot more calories than you are burning. Try doing push ups, sit ups, etc. You don’t need any extra equipment to do that. Next, are you only eating 3 meals a day? The trick to weight loss is eat about 6 small meals a day. Next, your parents are cooking you dinner, what are they cooking with? Are they using extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil, butter? That also plays into it. You need to make sure you are eating enough or else your body is going to do some crazy things. You weight 272 pounds and got that way one way or another. You can’t just stop eating and expect your body to do what you want it to do. Go slow with it. Continue to make smart food choices and seriously try the 6 small meals a day and exercise more. With a great diet and great exercise you will be able to do it. Also, once you start walking/running more on the treadmill, you can set the incline, that will able you to lose more calories rather than just the standard walking/running. Grab something that is sort of heavy and use that on the treadmill while you walk/run (once you get the hang of working out longer than 30 minutes). Don’t over exert yourself either. Once you continue your weight loss journey there will be weeks that you will gain, weeks that you will lose. You aren’t on the biggest loser, so don’t think you are going to pull the losing 10+ pounds every week. Eventually your body will plateau and you will have to continue to work even if you do gain or not lose much. Get it all in your head and you will do fine. You can do it! Just do it the safe way!

Well all in all it wasn’t a bad poem I did find somethings and I know this wasn’t part of your question but I’ll add it just so you know from my and I do state– MY–(point of view only). Bear please take a second look at this word because it does annoy me in a very odd way the way it is spelled and the meaning you are trying to get within the poem it should be bare I think could be wrong I’m not a school teacher just another poet for the record now lets move on to sicklied what is that please take a hard look at that — the one that really really brings me to a halt is greed should be glut; glutton or gluttonous I honestly believe— Quietus is not even a word so there it is I leave it to the rest to jump on my back and take a ride to the other side of the world. As for your poem love it needs work and hope you continue to write and prosper.

Sit ups for the gut, and flies for the boobs, some shoulder work too will help for shape,
a tip would be to actually build your chest to make your stomach look smaller in comparison, if a t shirt hangs from your chest straight down,, even if your belly sticks out a bit it may be hidden,
depends on the extend to your problem,
be active, eat right, healthy and amounts,,, is all easy to say,

As much as all of us would like it, you cannot simply choose areas to lose fat from. You can “tone” areas by increasing the muscle mass beneath the skin and subcutaneous fat in the region, but in order to actually get rid of the fat, you have to decrease your overall body fat. The only way to do this is cardio excercise and limiting your caloric intake. Strength training is also important to increase your muscle mass, as more muscle mass increases your metabolism.
